The Zionist Beit Midrash is a multi-part curriculum on the history of Zionism, touching on the major thinkers in the pre-State Zionist movement through the use of primary sources. The curriculum is targeted towards Jewish college students and young professionals, to give them a deeper understanding of Zionism and the basic principles underlying the State of Israel’s existence. The project is meant to educate and inform, and to empower participants to participate in conversations about the modern State of Israel from a place of understanding as opposed to from a place of bias. The curriculum is non-partisan and non-political and all will be welcome and encouraged to participate in the conversation. Only through education and dialogue can we combat misunderstanding and the hatred that it can breed.
