The Venture Development Team identifies, recruits and matches Mentors and Coaches to support and teach our Fellows as they begin their ventures - and then follows those pairings over the course of the program to learn what other resources can improve the Fellows' chances of success.

The Venture Development team identifies and plans supplemental workshops for the Fellows, as well as monthly round table discussions with subject matter experts and other seasoned professionals.
Some Venture Development team members will volunteer themselves to work as Coaches or personal Mentors.
